Very very nice place. It's a luxury bed and breakfast so it's not crowded and you will have more attention given to you. It's quite new so everything is in tip top shape. The rooms are large and well equipped and very comfortable. Yes there is airconditioning. The owner Francesco is extremely friendly and helpful with all your needs. It's close to the sea and the magnificent beach. A wonderful place to stay for a week or two. It even offers free bicycles that you can use to zip around the town.
The breakfast provided is good. Lunch and dinner you will have to source out at the many restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you are going to visit San Vito. It's worth it. I'll be going back the next time I visit here.
Excellent modern hotel with fantastic staff. If you are looking at staying in San Vito Lo Capo you must stay here, its brilliant. Highly recommend.
.... what to say ... every word is superfluous but it is right to share this wonderful experience !!! Location for a thousand and one nights, and that's no euphemism, breakfast at the top, magnificent rooms not to mention the terrace where at very late evening we could not stop and end our days pleasantly. All taken care of in detail by those who really put their heart into it. Thanks Francesco for this wonderful stay, you made it unforgettable and thanks also to Lina for her smiles and her kindness. Too bad we can't give a rating higher than 10 !!! But praise is a must !!!
So let's start from the assumption that as a position it is 2 steps from the sea and 4 from the center and this is already a benefit for a structure ..... Let's move on to the structure and the rooms and what to say wonderful structure with a lot of wonderful Arab presence taken care of in every little detail a small riad in san vito .... Beautiful rooms very spacious and cared for in every little thing especially soundproofing nn you hear nothing coming from other compliments designed very well both aesthetically and functionally, last thing Mr. Francesco and his collaborator excellent people he very prepared in everything also as a welcome to the customer the very nice lady and very good in re-preparing the room very clean thank you very much it was a pleasure guys
