Excellent structure, due to Covid, all necessary precautions are taken (including breakfast in the room if requested when booking), large, modern room and bathroom with attention to detail, excellent cleaning, strategic position for the beach and the center. Good internet connection. Strongly recommended!
A great place to stay. Sweet and cosy. Hotel management and staff are super friendly. We will definitely come back.

A bit cold in spring because the houses are not heated.
The facility is adequately equipped. TV with German program. The kitchen also has everything you need for everyday life. The stove is on gas.
Only the tap water smells a bit like the sea
5min by car to the beach ...

Nice hotel overall, quiet and near a really beautiful town of San Teodoro.
I’d recommend it if you want peace and quiet. No fireworks in the hotel, but solid 4 stars.
Clean and comfortable rooms.
The breakfast was below average, it should be better for 4* hotel.
The swimming pool is big and well designed, sun for almost whole day.
Staff were awesome. We stayed in a deluxe double.The room had air-conditioning and was clean and comfortable. Bed was nice and mattress pretty comfy. Would recommend!
nice and clean with swimming pool outside, friendly stuff only life guard looks like he doesn't like his job ;) we have a quiet big room with extra storey above , breakfast included from 7.30till 9.30am little bit earlie for me .. to the beach 15min walk to centrum 5min , shop 2min from the hotel so located perfect and prices 125for 2p, parking on street or pay one next to 6h for 4€ and no it's not 4 star hotel ;)
Beautiful place with a very friendly staff! I have really enjoyed my 10 day stay at Le Tre Querce!
Our studio was very clean, bed was comfortable, pool area was very relaxing and the food at the restaurant was delicious!
The only minus about it was that there was an extra charge for towels and bedding... as well as the air conditioning which we did not use as it would be simply too much. Also I did not find the breakfast selection that good, there was just a few simple things and no hot food served... at least when we decided to get it.
However, location of La Tre Querce was great as it was not that far away from the main town, beach and there was a super market close by.
Very good standard, decent breakfast included, close to the city center, clean, modern, kind owner. Recommend.
We were positively surprised due the fact that we really did not pay too much for our two night stay here. But:
- the place has a good location, not too far from the village or the beach
- they make really nice Pizza
- the rooms are cute and very clean
- they offer you a protected place behind the house for your motorcycle if you ask nicely.
All good, nothing to complain. Totally recommended.

Nothing negative. B & b with attention to detail, simple but very nice furnishings! Super clean but the real gem is the girl who takes care of everything, Melissa. It was a pleasure to chat with her every morning and taste her cakes (a different one every day) breakfast with a huge choice and super abundant. Excellent location. B & b highly recommended !!!

The place was good with WiFi in the rooms and parking beside the house. It has a nice placement since walking into downtown only takes about 15 minutes. Overall quality is fine but not perfect

Fantastic restaurant for lunch or dinner. Great food & local dishes are authentic, and tasty. Also one of the latest tobacconists that's open in San Teodoro! If the bar's open you can buy snacks / drinks / tobacco. Just found out they are also a hotel...

Decent hotel, very clean room, great location, just 3 minutes from La Cinta beach. Good value for money.
