A really nice resort, with lovely staff. The food and drink is far, far, far better than you’d expect from an all-inclusive holiday. We had a wonderful time. Thoroughly recommended.
I forgot a dress in the closet and I call them if they could please send me the dress, I ask them to give me the tracking number, I never received the dress, I call them from October till July 2019 and they never gave me an explanation. It is a dress that was from my mum and I really would appreciate if they had send it to me. I am still waiting for a call to know what happened. This is really unprofessional

I stayed at this hotel as it was suggested by Thomas Cook. Usually I stay at 4 star hotels so didn’t have particularly high expectations before we got there. Well I was completely blown away when I arrived.
Before I arrived, I had a few questions regarding some excursions we booked and I wasn’t sure how we would get there (as we don’t drive). I was in contact with Ellene who works on reception. She went above and beyond in sending me quotes from the cab company, bus times, bus routes etc. As I had my mum with me I asked if we could have a room close to reception and literally when we arrived we had one opposite! She was so informative and I was so pleased to meet her when we arrived.
The rooms were impeccably clean for our whole duration and I loved our room with the beach pastel coloured vibe inside. Toiletries are provided but no hair conditioner, so bring that if you use it.
We arrived at breakfast and I asked the maitre d’ Alberto If I could sit in a particular spot which would make good pics for my Instagram, he immediately took me over to the perfect spot and I had that same seat for the whole week. He was beyond professional throughout and yet so friendly and kind. He kept that restaurant running like clockwork despite how many people there are. He’s running breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. My only complaint is for his own happiness as he literally worked everyday and never seemed to take a break and I think he deserves one! He’s incredible and we already miss seeing his smiling face every morning, now we are home. The food was so good, I’m surprised I’m not 10 stone heavier now haha. There is delicious ice cream everyday too!
The hotel has stunning views surrounding it and two beaches. The nearest, a little more stony but a 10 minute walk takes you to the sandier beach. You get free umbrellas and seats and both the beaches are just gorgeous.
The hotel had sooooo much entertainment throughout the day. Aqua gym at 12 and 4 which was run by Valentina and Simoni usually- they are incredible human beings! So fun! My mum did every class and it was brilliant. We played volley ball on the beach with Matt Who was full of fun and made us feel so included. They have games and two very hot lifeguards at the pool hahah. The pool
has umbrellas and sun beds and the pool size is amazing with a small pool attached for very small kids.
The entertainment in the day and evening is usually run by the same group of people and honestly they are ALL so talented that I feel sure if they were spotted by an agent they’d all be super rich. We would watch their skits and be crying with laughter. They also sing and dance and are just such talented people. I literally couldn’t wait to watch them each evening. They also have a presenter who I was sure must be off TV as he has a face for TV and his presenting skills are so professional and I am obsessed with his voice. Apparently he does have his own radio station.
We also attended a foam party which was super fun!
There is so much going on that you can dip in and out of, if you don’t want to do any of it you don’t have to you can just relax.
This place completely exceeded my expectations and I am truly missing it already. Thank you for
