Would not recommend. Has been given a room with not working air conditioning. Asked 10 times in reception during 2 days to get it sorted, never has been done. On last night, at 9pm they offered me another room. Joke.
Small rooms. No space to place suitcases, we had to place them outside on the terrace.
A lot of noise production caused by a kitchen air extraction fan. After 5 complains the hotel manager promised to switch off the fan. He kept his promise for 12 hours, the next day the fan was up and running again.
We booked 2 rooms for 5 nights at cost of Euro 1.900,-. Please think twice before you book this hotel.
Location isnt great, but the hotel is good. Swimming pool area is fantastic. I would have given it a 5 star, but our door lock didnt work in our room and the Maintenance man was useless.
A surprisingly good quality hotel for under £100 a night (minus a door lock)
Good hotel but rooms are very basic. Admittedly we have one of the cheaper rooms but basic facilities like a kettle for making a coffee are a must which they don't have. Questionable as a 4 star hotel I would rate it lower. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful but elsewhere lack a little hospitality. The hotel is however very clean and tidy. Breakfasts are about as basic as you can get with no fresh eggs/pancakes etc but ok. The hotel is on the edge if town so taxis are expensive at €15 euros. They do offer a shuttle at the hotel at a charge of at least €6.50 a day which i think should be free if charge. I would recommend
This is a great hotel the staff were so helpful couldn't do enough for us staff on reception in the lounge bar and at breakfast were fantastic,the room we had was just right great views everything you need room 506. The one thing you definitely need is a car apart from that lovely place
