nice and clean with swimming pool outside, friendly stuff only life guard looks like he doesn't like his job ;) we have a quiet big room with extra storey above , breakfast included from 7.30till 9.30am little bit earlie for me .. to the beach 15min walk to centrum 5min , shop 2min from the hotel so located perfect and prices 125for 2p, parking on street or pay one next to 6h for 4€ and no it's not 4 star hotel ;)
First off all it was our first time in Italy, the trip was unexpected so we didn't catch up with italian - my bad. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they're always smiling. The room was clean, the room service cleaned it every day. We have got a room with balcony and view at the village - very nice, because we were traveling with an 15 months old daughter (Agatha made friends with totally everyone :D) and the other rooms had swimming pool view and everynight was party night :) We loved the food and wine and of course the people! What a great experience! The hotel od very close to the city center and quite close to La Cinta Beach (the hotel got there a private sector and you can use free bus transfer to reach the beach). Loved San Teodoro and the hotel from the first sight. Ciao!
Ps. Most of the Staff didn't speak english so be prepared :)

We stayed at this hotel in June 2015 with the family and we had a great time. First of all the truly strategic position: there is the shuttle bus that leads to La Cinta but easily there is the possibility to reach the famous beaches of the area such as Sant'Anna, Cala Girgolu, Capo Coda Cavallo, Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi . Our accommodation was spacious and clean, entrance in front of the small park where the boys were playing football, spacious bathroom and abundant shower flow. The pool is clean and managed with a lot of tolerance (our children certainly didn't hold back). Unfortunately the week we stayed the animation hadn't started yet and I can't say anything about that aspect. The outdoor dining room is well ventilated, abundant food and of good quality. The center can be easily reached on foot but even in this case I cannot add much as the season had not yet started. Ultimately a holiday that we always remember with great pleasure and on more than one occasion we have set out to return.
