Reviews from visitors:
We spent 3 nights at this hotel. We enjoyed the location and the hotel was elegant, clean and its staff very friendly.
We stayed in one of the upper floors. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious and clean.
We had a great view to the City and not to the bay, which was perfectly fine with us.
The hotel in general is old but nonetheless very clean and elegant. We would definitely come back to stay here.
beautiful hotel, room with a spacious bathroom.
Very nice location and room. The valet parking situation is awful as we had to wait 40 minutes to get our car.
Spectacular view of downtown San Francisco. Hospitality services are on point with 24hour front desk services. Food was a 3 out of 5. Gym quality N/A do to covid-19. Room cleanliness a 5 out 5. Would frequent again. Prices are reasonable.
Fortunately, I booked this hotel a month ago for my vacation. Their rooms were beautiful to look at, has very cold air conditioning, and clean. Besides, the staff out there were decent, professional, and kind. When I roamed around with their facilities, it was all nice. I liked everything about this hotel. It was nice to visit again and again. Thanks!
