Hope you either Uber or Lyft there. Are get dropped off by other means. Otherwise be prepared to hunt down parking when you get back. And leaving the comfort of your room early in the morning to move it around every 2 hours starting at 9am. The wifi, is weak and slow. Bed is super stiff, usually a fan of fi beds but this is on another level. The house cleaning staff was super friendly and kind. Front desk staff however left a bit to be desired. Particularly on the COVID front as I often found them scrambling to grab a ask to wear when we walked by or came in through the front doors or came across them anywhere else in the building. It's a great location aside from that. Very old, and very dated decor, which is why we stayed and chose it. But a little upkeep wouldn't kill them
I live in the bay but my girlfriend came to town to visit so I took her to this hotel. A/C was not working. We couldn't even do anything at night, we were seating. Valet guy stole my favorites son glasses out of my car. When I ask they said manger is not here. Smh
I often take my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are appetizing and the team is welcoming and cooperative. always when we go to this place we enjoy a delightful time. highly recommended.
This was our 3rd time staying at the Majestic over several years. When we arrived on Sunday, the manager had upgraded us to a suite. He was so kind and welcoming. As always, the room decor was charming and so thoughtfully and beautifully designed. It reminds me of beautiful hotels where I’ve stayed in Italy. Also, very clean room and comfortable bed. It always makes me so happy to stay there. The hotel has a fascinating history. Really easy to take a Lyft to popular restaurants 10 -15 minutes away or minutes to Union Square. Love this place!
Excellent short stay. Room was beautiful even if a little old. Staff was extremely friendly through the entire check-in and check-out process. Location is also great. Can't think of anything wrong. Would stay here again if I need to.
