Nice hotel, comfortable bed which was great. Rainfall shower head was also nice although shower itself was rather small for my preference I'm a big guy so I like to feel like I have space. All in all I would definitely stay again.
I really liked the deal I got using Hotel Tonight, but you really have to watch out for resort fees ($40), that essentially just brought up the price to any other room in the area for what you get. (A small bottle of cheap wine, two granola bars and two plastic bottles of water was their gift for that 40 bucks...)and their own built in HDMI hookups didn't even work, with no explanation provided when I asked about how to get it to function. I've had much better experiences at much cheaper hotels...
The listed price is $103 per night. For two nights, that equals $206. After taxes and "resort fees" the total is $340. There are no amenities at this location. No gym, no concierge, no breakfast, nothing. For absolutely nothing, they will tack on a fee. Literally nothing. They charge extra for nothing. Shameful.
Just a phenomenal staff, clean and cozy. A staff member named Daniel even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, he was helpful recommending places in the area and was very professional. The hotel welcomed my german shepherd service animal with open arms and made sure we had a pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the SF downtown area.
My hubby, kids and I really enjoyed our stay. The suite was perfectly clean and comfortable. The front desk people where very nice.
