AMAZING! Will be my go to hotel for now on, staff/valet went above and beyond, hotel was walking distance close to mall, stores, and food. Hotel itself was aesthetically pleasing, clean, COVID friendly and safe! So happy with my stay!
I came here to spend a night, and upon checking in, I apparently won guest of the day so I could either choose from 1) waived resort tax, 2) free room upgrade, or 3) $25 to the cafe. I chose waiving the resort fee, and I was given my room key. I went up to the room, and as expected in San Francisco, the room was really small. It had everything I needed though. At around $180 post-tax per night and centrally located next to Powell BART, it was convenient and had what I needed.
Immaculate, really busy everything, a couple of steps from the tram, train and link vehicle station. Great establishments, perfect, all around measured room. Ice and separated water are accessible in each floor. Specialists are exceptionally dedicated with visitors remain. Doesn't eat, yet there is a coffeehouse in the hall and a lot of spots close by to purchase sustenance and refreshments. An unquestionable requirement in San Francisco.
Good spacious rooms in comparison to other places downtown San Francisco. High ceilings and nice interior finishes, upgraded washrooms. Has nice cafe as well. Lobby is very small and gym in basement, feels congested.
Price point was bit on higher end and this located very close to tenderloin area which has lots of homeless.
The very finest boutique hotel with a blend of contemporary styling and technology. It's located in the heart of everything and the Eatery inside of the hotel is phenomenal I didn't need to eat anywhere else. The staff here is equally fantastic and really made me feel special.
