Loved this place! The room I stayed in wasn’t huge, but it was definitely comfy and worth the $135/night. Loved the bedding, it was so fluffy and cozy! And the bathroom was huge (it may have been a handicap accessible room though...), the shower had two separately controlled shower heads, and marble floors and walls (I think). Very nice. I enjoyed my day.
It was okay but not worth it. It says smoke free but I woke up a few times from people smoking weed. Plus you could smell it in the hallway. The bathrooms were very nice and the rooms were kept clean. There is no parking at the hotel. If you are concerned about the area, I wasn't too fond of the area around the hotel. We saw needles in the street as well as a lot of dog poop walking from the parking garage to the hotel.
We had a great time at this place. Coming from our home in Texas, the room was a little small. The service made the experience really great. They took care of our dog and gave her bowls, treats and a bed. The receptionist was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. For the price this place was great!
Extremely small rooms. Needed to visit front desk almost every time we attempted to use the elevator as it would not read our room card. Seemed like a common problem with most guests. Lobby is nice.
This hotel is Awesome. Super friendly. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. I will come back to this hotel every time I come back to San Francisco.
