The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was smaller than I thought it would be from looking at the photos, modern design, mostly well-kept and clean I'd you don't look too hard.
However, there are a lot of homeless people in the area. I'm not sure if all of SF is similar in this way, but I was a bit surprised.
The hotel rooms are nice and modern inside. You can get a nice view of LA as their rooms have tall Windows. Their pools are nice too. I haven't had the chance yet but I hear the restaurants the pot and commissary are both nice.

I had a good experience with this hotel. The rooms are a little small, but it's a good location and the stuff was nice and help full, which is quite rare for the USA.
The service here is outstanding! I especially want to shout out Alex, who was extremely friendly and helpful with my questions. He should be voted employee of the month! Other than that, the hotel is in a good location for catching an early morning flight, the beds are comfortable, and the decor is modern. I highly recommend staying here!
