The hotel is nice and clean looks like it was remodeled recently every room has a private bathroom in it.....
this isn't a regular hotel at the moment the city's using it as a shelter in place hotel for the homeless
Polite staff, fast valet service, and a comfortable room. There were a lot of loud bums outside at night but I can't blame the hotel for outside factors.
We had a suite which is a good size room however the window faced the street where there were a whole a lot of homeless people and they were very loud in the middle the night so it was disruptive. I would never recommend using their valet service. They took a long time to bring the cars back. I also got a scratch from the valet service and when I contacted the manager he never responded to me. So it’s safe to say I’ll never stay here again. But I will say the staff were very nice
I am giving this hotel 5 stars because I did my research before I made the reservation and I got almost exactly what I expected to get for the price I paid. The hotel was in the rough neighborhood and you'd see a lot of homeless people. They would make a lot of noise and you could be annoyed by that in the evening. Also there was no hotel parking. The room was small but clean. The staff were nice and attentive to my needs. The hotel did not have the gym nor the restaurant but there were a couple of good breakfast places nearby. For this hotel, I think you should do your own research and know what you are getting before making the reservation.
