I had the pleasure of staying here for my birthday. It was a dream come true. The entire staff were professional and accommodating . They went above and beyond with the hospitality . I can't put into enough words my gratitude to them all they made my birthday very special.the room was so clean and beyond words beautiful. I recommend everyone stay here at least once in there lives just to experience the history it provides with all of there art. It's like a museum you get to live in. So unique and rare. Just an all together wonderful experience.
The hotel is old but has been nicely renovated with a modern decor. The price per night was very reasonable. The big plus is they have 2 queen beds for one room which most hotels don't even have. The room is averaged-sized for SF with cable TV, free WIFI, and great water pressure. The room was very clean. They also have complimentary coffee all morning and wine in the afternoon!
Gorgeous, clean room (The Juliet), exceptional service with attention to detail, great location. Amazing building that is beautifully remodeled with lovely artwork and antiques. A very special gem that is definitely worth checking out. We will be back!
Mansion on Sutter was one of the best experiences we have had! The staff was outstanding and the room was beautiful! They added a personal touch to it for us which was much appreciated! The soaking tub in the champagne room was very relaxing. Definitely recommend staying here for a romantic and getaway for couples!
It really is a mansion - an authentic and perfectly decorated boutique hotel. Amit and the staff have been awesome. Going well above and beyond what could be expected! When we come back to SF, this is definitely where we will stay.
