Reviews from visitors:
This is a review of my experience 7/24/17.
The bartender cut his finger on an orange while making a drink in the lobby bar. I received the drink in the dimly lit bar and only after I was several sips into the drink noticed blood on the orange.
The hotel manager, named Antonio Flores said he would compensate me for the medical bills to make sure I was healthy. It took him months... nearly 4 months to do this. In fact, other senior employees related to the incident, Hugo Gamboa and Jonathan Allen of Rambler were avoidant and dishonest throughout this experience. It felt disgusting having to follow-up with the bar manager, hotel manager, and Viceroy Hotel Group about this.
Cute boutique hotel close to Chinatown and Union Square and a short walk pretty much everywhere else. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and inviting. (although on the smaller side... but that’s SF~)
Just a quick shout out - upon arrival the woman working the front desk was assisting another guest. Rather than waiting by the door, the gentleman working (Jackson at valet I believe) was kind enough to step in to assist. Doesn’t go unnoticed. Thanks for a great stay!
Hotel Zeppelin is a very cool~ chic~ funky~ experience. I've been through a couple times and am always impressed with the staff as well as the rooms.
Even if it's just to wander through, the hidden art is fun to find.
You'll walk into spaces and think "I've never seen it done like that before". Trust me~ I've seen a few hotel rooms in this town and I like going back to this one! Top Marks to Hotel Zeppelin.
I stayed at this hotel on a recent business trip to San Francisco. The front desk team was very friendly and welcoming. They were able to point out some great places to visit and eat. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Stayed for three nights with my 10-yr old and we had a great experience. Room was really small, but we didn’t spend much time there so we didn’t kind. The hotel was well-appointed and comfortable with really hip, funky design. Staff was really warm and welcoming. Beautiful lobby bar and a huge game room in the basement that was really fun for both kids and adults.
