Clean rooms, small in size but the location is good. My only complaint is the 200$ hold they put on your card. Every other hotel that puts a deposit or hold got it back to me in the same day once i check out. With them, it’s been days and still waiting! I hope they find a way to make life easier for their customers in their future.
Overall a great hotel to stay in a prime location. Stayed in March ‘21. Place was clean and staff was friendly. Parking was a bit hard to find though as google maps tells you there are a ton one block away which there didn’t appear to be. Kept driving around until I found the RINCON parking lot about a block away. Paid a bit extra for a room with the bay view and was quite happy with the view. Location appeared really safe as well which was a big plus.
The staff members were both helpful and friendly, helping with all our needs including changing the cot that was prepared in the room for a baby cot after our late check-in. The standard room was spacious enough for all 3 of us. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. We also liked the location for it's not far from our place.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I stayed Thursday night and loved it. Drove to Yosemite National park. And Saturday night decided to come back. The stay was perfect. Very clean rooms. Bed was super comfortable. The hotel is nice, and you get great city views. The area is nice and feels safe. We would highly recommend this place. And when we come back to San Francisco we will be sure to come back at this hotel.
The room was clean and partially divided into an entryway/office space, bathroom, and bedroom. The sink was strangely placed opposite of the bed and underneath the TV which was wall mounted above. One front desk employee was delightful, another was downright rude to my travel partner. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
