I stayed at the Phoenix for the second time this week and I couldn't have had a better time. First, the staff were friendly AF (thanks Isabel, Jamie and Orlando!) and made sure that we had everything we needed. Every room has a fantastic view of the courtyard which is genuinely an oasis (an overused word to describe hotels for sure, but in this case, you feel like you've gone to Palm Springs). The heated pool allowed for some evening soaking even in 60 degree weather. The rooms were comfortable, stylish, and spotless. While I'm a San Franciscan, this place is one of my favorite go-tos for brunch, dinner on the weekend, or a staycation by the pool.
This place is so cute! It's truly a gem in the Tenderloin district. The restaurant is great and also has great ambiance. The Vietnamese shops around the area are all so delicious. That said, I was warned to not walk around that area at night cuz it's Skid Row times a million. I would stay here again though, because I really loved the hotel and all the food it had to offer in its surrounding areas. Definitely check out L&G across the street for their steamed pork buns and go to Lee's Sandwiches for their sugar cane drink.
Just as you would expect from all Phoenix Hotel, the rooms are clean and the service is fantastic. All for a reasonable price right in the heart of the financial district.I stay overnight near the office from time to time and this place blows away the Marriott and Westin. If you need to stay near Bunker Hill, you need to stay here.
The staff of this hotel was very accommodated and friendly. Their service was nice and organized. They treat their customer as their family, and every time the customer asked for help they responded immediately. This is the best among the best hoteliers! Highly recommended to everyone, especially here in our area!
Great hotel! Very convenient for me because it was so near to the airport. The room service runs 24/7 and it was fast. I really love food and cold beer. The room service staff George is fast and accomodating when it comes to my request. I will surely come back soon. Keep up the excellent work, everyone!
