Reviews from visitors:
Came super early, asked to check in; they could but we had to upgrade for $150. Normally we would get upgraded as Gold Elite members, but they couldn't due to "limited availability." Bit disappointing. Room is super nice, although the double beds are a bit small. No room service and pool is closed due to pandemic. No coffee in room. I should have realized the pool was closed, they sent me an email, but it wasn't clear when I booked it. So all in all an expensive stay that was a bit disappointing. Room is high quality and staff very nice though!
I’m astonished and delighted with this world-class hotel that accommodated my presence professionally and appropriately. As I’ve stayed on their prestige and elegant hotel, I discovered how amazing and satisfying their treatments were. It made me feel like I was at home chilling out. Their surroundings were clean, neat, and organized. I’ll assure to come again soon. Till next time!
Stayed there for about 2 weeks when in SF. Gorgeous simply decorated rooms. Get a high floor suite for an amazing city view.
Its a really nice hotel but not worth the price. Valet is the only form of parking an they charge $70 a night, the room costs $379 a night plus tax an they take an extra $300 as a deposit. The pool is drained an off limits, sauna is closed an off limits, the spa and massage boutique were closed and off limits, the restaurant and bar downstairs were closed and off limits, they don't have a St. Regis shuttle to run you to and from the local attractions. They have room service for breakfast only but breakfast isn't complementary. In total for a 1 day stay we came out of pocket shy of a thousand dollars for a room that should've originally cost $300. I dont recommend staying. Unless they open everything up it would be worth it.
Great views, fantastic staff and service. Rooms a bit small (even suites) but par for the course in SF. Stayed at Ritz and Four Seasons and the St. Regis is my vote for best hotel.
