We loved the pool and the amenities like the private beach and raft. The hotel is out of the central town. They had entertainment in the evening, but we were too worn out to participate. The food and service were very good. They are excellent at arranging tours and transportation. I would definitely visit here again!
I have only stayed in this place once, but the hotel was really nice. The inside of the room is very modern. The bathroom is actually very cool, the tub was amazing. This hotel is great but there are couple of things to keep in mind if you stay here. First, it is difficult to find. And when found, the parking stop to just drop your luggage is small and it is located in a busy area. The last thing, only valet parking. Besides that, great place.
The location is great! Right by Westfield mall and Powell Street Bart station. The only thing that bothered me about our stay was the strange sound in the morning. It sounded like contribution or some horrible noise but it did wake us up. I called the receptionist to let them know about the issue real time and they said it was due to the other buildings. The resort fee was waived thankfully. The rooms are big and clean. Bed are comfy and the bathrooms are big. We would stay here again for the convenient location to Union Square.
Got this hotel on an extremely busy week and I paid very expensive as it was a last minute booking. The location is great! The decoration of the rooms is nice and the bar is great as well. Staff is friendly. The rooms could do with a bit more attention. I had an upgrade to a corner small suite, which was very nice of them (and bit normal I must say for the $1000 I was paying per night!). but you could see that there was not enough attention to the details. For a third of the price I will give 5 stars, for half the price 4 but for the price I paid is a 3
Very nice hotel. Small, warm lobby. Front desk agent was very accommodating of my extremely late arrival and made sure my room was held.
The room itself was a good size for San Francisco standards. Shower tub in bathroom with glass sliding doors. Bathroom was very clean but the tub drained slow. Other than that it was great. I also enjoyed the normal size shampoo and soap bottles. Definitely was a nice touch you don't normally see in hotels. They also provided a microwave free of charge which was very much appreciated. I just had to ask at the front desk.
The bed was very comfortable and the SC works too well if anything. I'm always hot but I actually had to turn the temp up. Stayed at the temp set with no issues.
For the price, I'm not sure I'd return as it wasn't anything super unique or special, however, everything was as described and very clean which is all I ask.
