Nice little hotel right in the middle of Little Italy; everything to do and see is within walking distance. Though the room was not immaculate when we got there it had obviously been cleaned and sanitized. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet. No issues with anyone hanging out at the front door in their security out there all the time. Front desk staff was engaging and very friendly. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
They were nice enough to give us a later check out and fixed most things that had a problem. It is in a descent location, good for tourists. Unfortunately our view was a wall with some boxes and everything had an issue or a trick to it. The heat was a struggle, the water never warmed up, pay at least $12 for parking.
Okay hotel. Great location. Very friendly staff.
Weird loiterers in the staircase who were there from the day into the night. Not worth over $60 per night. Sketchy vibe for a great location.
The staff is amazing..... area perfect for food ,entertainment & scenic walks. Buf there are homeless that hang out in the lobby with animals. The animals stink. There are random people roaming hallways trying to get inside ur room . I called front desk 2x to complain about the herd of elephants above us & nothing seemed to be done. No parking and I got 2 parking tickets because I forgot to feed the meter, even Though I fed it $2.50 every 2 hours throughout the day. Not for families, or someone who needs a car.
The toilet kept clogging as well, not because of anything we did. This place is not for us....
