This place is a masterpiece! Amenities aplenty and the staff is beyond fantastic. Travis at the front desk is perhaps the most personable hospitality expert I’ve ever encountered. I’ve stayed here twice now and would stay again. The hotel would receive 5 stars, except for they use a toilet paper that’s incredibly thin and rough. It’s the only overlooked detail at an otherwise immaculate place to stay.
The staff at the hotel is always polite and professional. I'll sit here again the next time I visit. Last week, we stayed at this hotel and could not have asked for a better location or atmosphere. The space was immaculate, spacious, and boasted a breathtaking view of the capital! The location was perfect, with a plethora of attractions, sights, and transportation options all within walking distance.
I wanted to surprise my wife with a weekend getaway and staying at the Pendry hotel did not live up to the expectations, it EXCEEDED THEM!
Our 5 star world class experience began even before we arrived as Travis assisted me over the phone with adding an extra night's stay to our itinerary. He is the epitome of world class customer service. His phone manner and personality would mistake him for the owner of this beautiful establishment. Thank you for being you Travis!
We arrived late in the evening and waiting for us in our room was a bottle of sparkling cider since I mentioned to Travis we don't drink alcohol (another bonus point for travis) and a box of delicious chocolate!
Cleanliness - what can I say? My wife and I have visited dozens of hotels and none compare to the Cleanliness of the Pendry hotel. From the lobby, to the room, bed, bathroom and restroom... it was IMMACULATELY CLEAN!
Room service - we ordered breakfast from the Provisional and OH MY GOODNESS.. all I have to say is the breakfast pizza will have you doing cartwheels in your mouth. So delicious! Whoever their chef is, they love what they do!
All in all we had an amazing experience at the Pendry and hope to come back soon to experience their spa treatments. We didn't get a chance to squeeze it in so we will definitely be back! Thank you Pendry Hotel!
True 5 star experience. From the beautiful friendly concierge to the class and cleanliness of the room to the breathe taking views. Top 3 hotel I’ve been privileged to stay in ever. I will never come to San Diego again without staying here!
Had such a great stay here!! Had a spacious room on the 12th floor for a girls weekend. Clean & comfy beds, thoughtfully designed decor, & rain shower!
The service was welcoming. From the Valet guys, to concierge, to restaurant staff. Everyone was so hospitable.
Absolutely loved eating at Provisional for breakfast. Would highly recommend eating at Provisional during your stay!
We also spent some time at the rooftop pool. It was a lively pool party on Saturday, if that’s the type of pool you’re looking for. The music was a tad loud for our group (since we were wanting a more relaxing getaway). Reminded us of a Vegas pool party with table service cabanas in the back.
