Reviews from visitors:
The room was clean and spacious. (We had a deluxe king.) However, I was disappointed in that they placed us right off the elevator and you could hear everything that everyone was saying as they were coming and going. We weren't going to ask to switch rooms since it was only one night. Regardless, one would hope that they wouldn't put guests in less than ideal rooms when they are no where near capacity. I later realized that they are well aware of the noise level that carries into the rooms because there is a big sign by the elevators that ask people to be quiet (in a nicer manner).
Overall, all of the employees that we encountered were nice and professional and the rooms were super clean.
This hotel was great! The beds were super comfy and we absolutely loved the walk-in shower. The staff was very friendly. We asked for a room on the highest floor sobwe could have a view and they accommodated. They also had the pack n play ready for us and sent up a microwave so we could warm up baby food and bottles. The food was delicious and we loved the rooftop pool. We didnt care for the steakhouse next door. Parking is expensive and it's down the street. Also, they charge a destination fee which is similar to a resort fee. There are also some nude portraits in the hotel so be aware if you're traveling with children.
The hotel ambience is very nice and the staff is friendly. Like the room and the bathroom is very clean. The only downside was that you had to drive a couple of blocks to park in the Horton Plaza which wasn't a big deal for me, but some people may not like that.
Staff went above and beyond. Room was cool. Hotel was busy and popular. Good music playing.
Excellent care by staff. Clean well appointed room. Great location and rooftop pool.
