The hotel was very nice, real close to the main resturants and shopping area. Cant wait to visit again. Rooms were clean and very pleasant.
So glad I found this place! I had a rocky start to my trip, and this was the perfect place to unwind. The hotel is located on a quiet street in Coronado, about five minutes walk to shops and restaurants and ten minutes walk to the beach and Hotel Del Coronado. The hotel staff took thoughtful COVID precautions, and amenities like breakfast and happy hour were still available (although shared amenities, like fridges and water coolers, were not while I was there). Very comfortable bed and soft sheets, huge bathtub inside the room, free underground and street parking. Light sleepers should be aware that there is occasional air traffic overhead from the naval base, but I personally didn’t find it too disruptive.
I will be recommending this spot to friends!
Great location, rooms have a lot of space. Staff is very friendly! One dog friendly room. Because we had our dog with us, we had to stay on our veranda for happy hour and breakfast. Seems like they forgot to check on us at times. Could be Covid, but everything is being served on paper with drinks in plastic. Still a very relaxing and enjoyable stay for our anniversary!
We stayed in room in historic part of hotel and found the room to be clean, comfortable and spacious for the two of us. I loved the decor and how the past and present fused nicely.
Happy hour was fun with wine! Breakfast was tasty. Both were served in the garden area and the weather was delightful.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
We will return.
Great trip! Breakfast and happy hour were served on our patio. Food was amazing. Used the chairs and towels available for 2 great beach days. Service was amazing....highly recommend staying here.
