So amazingly speechless, I don’t know where to start. My Fiancé and I were greeted right through the door and given Our room cards super early! The Front desk representative ‘Alan’ was everything you could possibly ask for. He was warm, friendly, respectful, and informative. He displayed the highest accommodation-oriented Customer care and Influential service. Highly recommend for Price/A+Service(THANK YOU ALAN)/ Location/Quality of Stay.
Amazing cute place! Close to the noise if the GLD. However its close walking distance and I honestly slept like a baby. It was a fantastic find for the price and only 8min from the beach.
Just fyi, no parking included. The only parking they have is public parking structure one block away or another one that is three blocks away. You can unload and load from the front but that's it.
Besides the parking issue, the hotel is clean, service is awesome, the rooms are big, it's close to sit of bars and restaurants/lounges.
One of Best Hotel I ever been in my life. Service was amazing. Rooms were spectacular and is cheap (most of the times). Definetly high recommended and definetly coming back!
I have just discovered the Chic Fil A of hotels
The free cookies (don't know what's in them but they're good) and the snack bag everyday, the free bikes to keep you from driving, the bed that comes with instructions on how to get in the covers ♀️, the big pillows and robe. Everything is pineapple here. Super doggie friendly, they get a treat everyday too and their own bed and bowl.
I can't wait to check out the other ones they have!
Needed to add that every employee was super friendly and helpful, one in particular was Alan L, I could see he is so cool to work with as I witnessed by the joy he brings to the other employees. Alan went above and beyond with me and the other guests that were around. I'll definitely be back to the Pineapple in San Diego real soon.
