Hotel was very well maintained and parking was a breeze. Raj at the front desk took very good care of us and was very helpful in selecting a room to stay in. Mansion room was beautiful and had a lovely view of the bay. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed a romantic weekend getaway thanks to the amazing staff that works here.
We forgot our umbrella in the rain but the front desk provided! We had no idea where to eat but they had recommendations. Very comfortable stay here and would def stay again.
We had an excellent girls’ trip here. It is across the street from the Hotel del Coronado, within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and many restaurants. Kayaking/paddling is within walking distance at Glorietta Bay.
The room and grounds were spotless. The assisting staff were very polite. Additional needs were left door-side the next day without request, very thoughtfully done. The pool area looked lovely. I would definitely stay here again.
Booking for a room in this hotel is very easy. They have great customer service that will entertain you. They also have comfortable rooms that are worth the money you spent. Book now!

We stayed here for a relaxing weekend away. I had called about checking in early and was told that was possible and that they'd give me the Hotels.com price. I booked over the phone thinking we were getting a suite. We tried checking in and were told that the room wasn't ready and that they'd call when it was. We came back to the hotel to check and it had been ready without a call. No glassware, one fork, and a broken coffee maker were all disappointing finds. The women working in the lobby Saturday evening was dismissive and kept talking with her friend instead of helping us. The wifi was too slow to zoom so we had to use our Hotspot. Overall we enjoyed our stay but for the price I felt we were mislead into paying more for something than we should have.
