I wish I could give it 5 because the staff that greeted us was great. However the bed we slept in in 211 sunk in the middle. We reported it to the hotel staff and they said they didn't have anything at the time but would see what they could do. Never heard back. Also the jacuzzi was not working. Otherwise the hotel is nice. Not what the picture's make it seem. Its not in the mountains nor is there a view.
This resort has become a refuge for me.
Wonderful service, delicious options at the onsite Italian restaurant which includes room service.
Thomas and the others on the team at the resort and museum have mastered the art of hospitality.
The International Museum on sight is a delightful diversion during your stay and highly recommended.
Often there are outdoor concerts in the amphitheater, and great shopping at the outdoor marketplace.
I prefer this resort over any other option in the area.
We LOVED staying here! Me, my daughter and husband shared the King size bed and it was so comfortable. Everything was so clean, the rooms are serviced daily, and the ability to control the thermostat precisely to a half a degree was really neat. I love having a good exhaust fan in the bathroom so it doesn't fog up, this one worked better than any hotel I've ever stayed in. We will definitely come back for a stay here. Brandon checked us in late on a Friday night. He was courteous, kind, and made check-in very easy. There was a $25/ night parking fee that was not noted anywhere when booking so that was a little bit of a shock but I think a parking fee is pretty standard for this are. Overall the property was, safe, clean, beautiful, and so elegant. We wil be back!!
I guess you're familiar with the rooms for under $100 I guess a promoting them but very crisp decorating and beautiful entryway and outstanding job of decorating decorating service was very good too I'll stay there again nice to stay vacation
Enjoyed my stay at the Legacy. Love the front desk employees and enjoyed the tasteful food at Restaurant. The hotel staff are very welcoming and goes over and beyond for their guest. Look forward to staying again here when I return to my home town, San Diego. I call the Legacy Resort the hidden gem in plain sight. Beautiful all around.
