This playroom offers a choice of fun games that my daughter really enjoys. The employees are very good, and the place is very well-kept. It is easier to come in on a weekday to appreciate your child's calmness and on weekends to do without the noise. We still go there, and we are also asked by the children to go back. Finding a place in town where children can have fun and be safe is nice.
Love this place and always have. Jesse, the front desk manger has always gone above and beyond for us every single time. He even left us a bottle of champagne when we stayed here for our anniversary. The staff has always been professional and courteous.
We recommend this place to all of our friends all the time and everyone has been pleased just as much as we are.

Nice clean, comfortable room and pet friendly. Service was great. The AC was not self adjustable and nighttime it was pretty warm in December in the room. The pillows were very flat and small. Would stay here again. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and cruises. Great pace to walk along the bay.
After living in San Diego for 5 years, InterContinental is the perfect place to come back to. Conveniently located on the waterfront downtown, all the surrounding neighborhoods (Little Italy, Seaport Village, Bankers Hill, the Gaslamp) are easily walkable. Freeway access and the airport are both convenient, with a parking garage under the hotel. The views across the bay are phenomenal and the pool has plenty of room to lay out and soak up the San Diego sun. The staff are all extremely courteous and attentive and the bar is a great place to grab drinks at sunset and hang out at later into the night.
Separately attended a wedding here over a year ago and it’s easily one of the top venues in the city.
I started staying here a few years ago and it was the best experience ever! Amazing decor, incredible service...I mean...spot on! Spectacular. I've since listed it as top go-to place and hotel for my travelling team of business focused travellers.
