Clean and beautiful hotel! I will award this hotel a 5-star ranking. So far, they were the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in for a vacation. The swimming pool was clean and wet. The room I stayed in was so clean and cool. The bathroom was so tidy and smells so sweet. The staffs were so helpful and welcoming. It's highly recommended!
If you want to say in downtown San Diego. This is the spot
As a person who’s quarantined in this hotel, they feed us very little each meal.
I’ll start with the positives, my friend and I stayed one night here and everything was great, granted it was a Tuesday so everything in the hotel was closed...the room was fabulous and seemingly clean, if I was solely rating the actual stay I would give it 5 stars, what knocks down my rating is what happened after I checked out. Long story short I was billed for “mini bar items” that we didn’t take, in fact we took nothing from the minibar. The only reason that I finally got a refund was NOT due to any help I got from the staff at the hotel, in the days after my stay I called the billing department, left a message and called and called, nothing...I finally tried emailing, only to have my emails come back to me as undeliverable.
On the day of checkout, I ended up getting two invoices emailed to me, one with the correct amount and one with the extra mini bar charges.
So my advice, as much as I recommend staying at this hotel, beware of any charges that might be added on to your bill
Over and above service. Was able to get an upgraded room to a suite with balcony and living room. Was amazing. We got 4 beach cruisers in the morning to ride all day free of charge. Took the ferry with the bikes to Coronado Island. Amazing time. Thank you Hard Rock.
