We took our twins for thier first vacation here. We had an amazing time. It was so wonderful! It is paradise. When we checked in Roberto was so accommodating!! He made our trip memorable. I will always be grateful for the memories we made and just how wonderful the staff was! We will be back every Spring break!! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful memories!!
so we ended up cancelling our reservation. several reason ...all rooms are pet friendly fine but we were going to be driving 6 hours possibly longer in traffic and not only could we not check in til 4 but we had to check out by 11 and you cannot bring the dog in the pool area which as a courtesy quote that you cannot bring your dog into that area but you have to cancel 72 hours in advance and to top it off all the fees fees fees its 38 dollars a day to park there so in total to stay 1 night $420.00 seriously no thank you
We had the best time at Paradise Point Resort and spa. From the Bay, having a campfire on the sand, walking the grounds, the pool, and renting a Fun Cat in the Marina! We loved everything about it!!! Had the best time and will definitely be back. The only con is that I wish we had rugs in our rooms. We tracked in so much sand even when we tried not to. So there always felts like there was sand all over the tile floor...if not rugs maybe a broom in each room. The mini golf course needed some maintenance done as well. Everything else was fantastic. We made many fantastic memories at paradise point. I definitely recommend it!
I loved how friendly and helpful all staff were. They made me feel welcome. The room was large and spacious, I loved the decor as well. My son loved the fact that he could ride his scooter as we walked the grounds. I liked that the bay was so close to my room and that a pool was right across from us! Pool was heated which made it possible to swim in the cold month. The staff lit lit bonfire by the pool which made our night swim especially nice! Also, I lived that the pools don't close until 10. Definitely want to come back since I did not get to see the part of the bay where all the bonfires are located! Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much!
My wife surprised me with a birthday trip this past weekend, Paradise Point did not disappoint! Upon check in we were greeted by Alyx (who is also a Pisces I found out) who was amazingly upbeat and friendly, she was great to work with and delivered exceptional customer service.
Next we were whisked off to our room by a nice gentlemen (I forgot his name) who has worked at the resort for 40 something years. On the way to our room he have us a little history on the resort and recommended some sights to see.
Housekeeping was amazing as well. For the size of your resort we received everything within minutes. We are already planning our next trip with the family back to your resort.
