Cute place, love the atmosphere, great place for anniversaries, vacation or work trip. Ten years and haven't had problems. I will check it out during covid and see if they still have great quality.
I would rate the service at this hotel as good as anywhere! All the staff you come across are incredibly warm and friendly. The lobby restaurant has a great variety for buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner, and again better than a lot of places. Overall, we had a very good stay in this hotel. We will come back to our next trip and recommend the hotel to my friends and family.
Your receptionist Ashanti (hopefully I'm spelling that correctly, long day lol) is AWESOME! She's very accommodating. My mask broke and I asked if she had a spare. Not only did she get me one but she went above and beyond and got me two! Thank you very much! You helped me save lives! Not to mention she provided a great service with a smile! Whoever her boss is, if you're reading this please give her a raise and/or promotion!! She deserves it!! Thank you again!! God bless!!
Lovely, iconic property in the heart of Little Italy. Warm, friendly staff, especially Brandon and Edward. I had the best room a Sicilian could ask for ♀️with a balcony and view. Perfect choice to celebrate my 65th birthday. Thank you and arrivaderci
