Great hotel, very clean and amazing customer service. Check in is super easy, love the vibe of the hotel. They'll let you park in the valet area to unload your car, if you need to (we parked elsewhere to save money as it's $50 a day to park at the hotel, which is pretty on par for the area, but we wanted to save a few dollars). Great food options close by, and a quick 15 minute walk to get to the ferry for Coronado.
Had a King Spa room, and the tub WAS FABULOUS. Big enough for both my boyfriend and I to soak in together, and we're not tiny people. The bed was okay; could probably use an upgrade, but was comfortable enough to pass out on at the end of the night. I guess the only real negative was the location of our room. We were RIGHT next to the elevator AND the entrance to the pool/rooftop bar, so it got a little loud at times.
I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips!
It's a nice boutique hotel. Could use a little maintenance and a heavy cleaning in the shower. Bed is very firm and cheap feeling. But it does have a good style and the staff is helpful and friendly. Great location.
Beautiful hotel. Service was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had all we needed and more, only one exception and that is they need airport shuttle!
The room was not clean to standard let alone for a pandemic (toilet power roll wasn’t sealed, dirt on the floor, shower head moved, and no hot water). The pool had paint chipping on the edges and we wish there was an adult swim. Also seemed like the pool deck wasn’t reserved for guests only.
I have not stayed yet. We are going this Monday and my husband is a retired vet and we just need to get away from our teenagers for a bit. We heard AMAZING reviews about this place and I hope that I can leave this 5 star review! Looking forward to our stay, we will definitely let you know what we think!
Due to the restrictions and case rate increase we were too nervous to do the visit and had to reschedule. They were SO understanding and gave a full refund only 3 days before our trip! I can't wait to book when things are better and people are safe. Wishing the already amazing staff health and safety thru these strange times.
