The place is well located, and I highlight the attention of the reception girls who were impeccable. Very attentive and cordial.
The bad, in the room there was neither a chair nor a desk nor table nor anything to support things or clothes. It was the bed and the nightstands, stripped like an apartment without having moved. There was not a trash can, not even a glass to put the toothbrushes. There is no ventilation, so with the heat it was these days, you couldn't be in the room. Breakfast is average. You have to pay eco rates of 120 pesos per person per day.
The staff is very attentive. The rooms have a beautiful view and are very spacious. It has a beautiful park and a very abundant sushi restaurant with reasonable prices.
To improve: room cleaning is done every 4 days and the heated pool is by reservation, 45-minute shifts, from 1pm to 8pm.

The new part of the hotel is very nice but it still lacks furniture in the rooms, for example a coat rack or something to support things. The breakfast quite good and complete. It has a very nice park with pallet armchairs, which could be improved ... the heated pool is fine but it would extend the hours since being with 45 'shifts the best schedules are always occupied, it is only enabled from 1 to 8:45 p.m. .
