Except the view of the hotel nothing was at place. Very poor management. The room was not cleaned for 3 days. Breakfast was served as coffee and bread interestingly bread was served without any butter or jam or jam nothing. How did they expect us to have breakfast. The receptionist was so cold that he didn't bother you stay or leave. Nothing briefed when you arrived. Every information to me was a surprise. I would never recommend anyone to stay in the place. The place is dirty , ill maintained rude staff no service and very far off from centre of town

Place needs a lot of upkeep, expect to find some stuff broken, but the view is gorgeous.

We have stayed at the Carmen twice and it's really a very nice little hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, the bathrooms are clean, and the view is fantastic. In the off season the restaurant service is at a minimum but for $35 to $40 a night, it's a great deal.
