Just perfect! I loved everything in this Hotel.
Incredible natural hot springs and pools. Fabulous lake and mountain views. Awesome indoor pools and spa. Terrific feel of exclusivity and remoteness with boat-only access. Champaign greeting from a most attentive and knowledgeable reception manager. Highly recommend. 2 nights at least. We were sad to leave after only 1

Absolutely stunning view over the lake and mountains just from the amazingly comfy lobby. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. I'm very thankful for the time here... It's a shame time passed by so quickly.
This is a lovely hotel in a delightful location. Even more importantly the staff are wonderful. Pablo is a fount of knowledge, is approachable and will help you with advice. All staff I struck spoke good English (my Spanish is terrible) which will be a consideration for others in the same boat. The only possible downside is that it is ca 20 km from Bariloche, but that is not a major issue as regular buses run close by. If I ever have the good fortune to return to Bariloche I will stay here.
