Location - the views to the Nahuel Huapi lake at Bonita Beach/Bay are certainly extraordinary - 5 star location - a bit noisy during the summer as the beach is very crowded.
Employees - they are super kind and service oriented.
Rooms - the "luxury" is the fact that they have a Sauna/jacuzzi/etc for your own at your room. Linens are really white and clean. Still not comparable with Llao Llao resort 's furniture and linens quality.
Gym = very small and the equipment is old and not working properly
Restaurant/breakfast = is very good. Restaurant STAG is open to public - make a reservation for lunch or early dinner to enjoy the views (lake and mountains)
Outdoor pool and jacuzzi = deck is not very well maintain - floor uneven - umbrellas are not stable/solid for the mild summer patagonia's wind - pool is dangerous splippery (cover with a liner which replaced the original pool tile....)
Not suitable for wheelchairs/ disable people - the hotel is over a small cliff and there are plenty of stairs all around.
The views are spectacular, the service is friendly and attentive, Stag is a great restaurant, and the room amenities are amazing. My room had its own sauna, hot tub, and shower with steam. It is one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. However, my room got really hot with the greenhouse effect and the AC isn’t effective. After taking a shower, my room was 25-26 C and the best way to cool it down was to open the door. They probably need to upgrade the cooling system...
An amazing place 10/10 would recommend, especially if you have the deluxe suite with private steam/sauna. A truly unforgettable experience. Stag restaurant and the breakfast was also fantastic with amazing views. Staff was the greatest!

Great experience ! Special for a romantic getaway. The view is spectacular, the hotel very pretty and the staff goes far and beyond to accommodate you in every need.
