In late October 2018 as 2 couples we stayed 5 days .It was very very disappointing I would not recommend it. On arrival it became apparent that the bed sheets in the main bedroom were visibly dirty and appeared to to have some sort of stain on them. They had clearly not been changed The doona also was dirty. The owner was argumentive and refusing to change them ( photos were taken) We were insistent and after further argument the owner grudgingly agreed. He was initially refusing to change them.
Other issues;
1. Only 4 cups all chipped and cracked. They need to be thrown out We purchased 4 new ones for the place
2 Pathetic kitchen equipment despite indication on websites 1 pot only in the place it’s chipped, black and has a broken handle ,no lid
3 fry pan black very few kitchen utensils.
4 gas oven seal hangs down if oven in use heat from the oven escapes and heats up the the gas cooktop switchs they become too hot to touch dangerous and unacceptable.
5 Cooktop exhaust fan hanging ,kept in place by a wine cork
6 no sink plug in the kitchen or anywhere in the place .we used a a cup upside down as a plug .
7 Although not promised ,a high end place like this would be expected to have a washing machine . There is none we were there 5 nights most unsatisfactory.
8 Some of the dining chairs have significant holes in the seat they need to be replaced.
On the plus side it does fantastic views. But need signicant effort to attend to the above.
Spectacular! Best place in bariloche
(03/03/21) Excellent experience with a unique view of the lake. Gonzalo receives him and asks you how everything is going. An excellent deal. Cleansed. Cabins with a new architecture. The buses are nearby and they explain to you in case you don't know how to move with suggestions. Would go back without a doubt.
Very, very nice! The view of the lake is something impressive From the place of the cabin where you are located! The attention is excellent and the doggie host bad leg the best!
The best place to stay in Bariloche and enjoy its magnificent views on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi! Very comfortable aparts, excellent facilities, views, cleanliness, heating, huge bathroom, impeccable all, large beds and super comfortable. Place with barbecue and garden on the lake. 2 craft breweries 100 meters away. 4km from the center. Excellent Attention of its owners. A beautiful and very friendly dog. It's pet friendly I went with my dog, we had a great time. We will choose this place again. Highly recommended. Good price and good quality.
