Incridible place to know in bariloche 100 recommend
Horribly run down. Mold on wall, toilet didn't work, doorknob feel off. Pools were dirty, staff was rude
This is a great rustic hotel in a good location and the staff, especially helpful employees like Nick Kryzo, is very attentive and will make sure you have a good stay. One of the best aspects of staying at the hotel is that guests recieve free passes to the Villa Sofia Gym & Spa next door, which has a pool, two jacuzzis, sauna, steam room, weight room, cardio room, dance and spin classes, massage services, etc. A great place!
The place is nice, clean and comfortable. The area is great, very near of the downtown bariloche. Only point against, the pool is in another compound, a block away. Very inconvenient.
Wi-Fi is nonexistent. We couldn't connect during the whole week. Staff only shrugged.
Staff is about competent, but they send my family with 5 month pregnant wife to the fartest place, 299. 2 levels of stairs. Not cool.
