Nice hotel, everything new and stylish.
But the service... service is not for 5 star hotel. Receptionist are not very welcoming, sometimes quite sad, but may be its has to do with general lazy mood in Salvador, and they just wanna escape home
I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Friendly staff, rooms are clean and large, decent breakfast, amazing views from the rooftop.
Very few minuses:
The elevators are very slow, breakfast could be a bit better as far as creating a daily variety and the last, front desk tried to stop my parents from visiting me one evening alleging that visitors were only allowed in their lobby... I am a world traveler and never had to deal with such problem.
I do understand that controlling is necessary, yet not at this preposterous levels. I’m talking about decent human beings in their 70’s, my parents!
Nice hotel. Staff very friendly and professional. Very well located in the Historic Center close to Elevador Lacerda and Largo do Pelourinho. Excellent housekeeping service. The rooftop with pool and amazing view of All Saints Bay and wonderful sunset is a plus
Great place high standard. The rooms are very clean and the air condition worked fine and quiet. Decent deserves the stars and good ratings! If I want to find something bad, it is the noise but that’s normal for the good location and Latin America cities.
The rooftop bar is awesome you have to check it out! Clear recommendation!
