I want say something for this hotel this it's dangerous believe me have someone make name hotel and take fake working after he say for people sand money for take visa and hotel by ticket for for people's come working take care about it please for name your hotel and thank u
Loved this place stopped twice now both times you get exactly what you pay for. Sometimes the food is quite samey but it's what you expect from a 2 week holiday. I'd definitely recommend stopping here it's close to everything you need in salou!
We have being to this Hotel for the last 4 years we love it staff friendly a d helpful, unfortunately our holiday was cancelled this year because of the coronavirus, but we will be back next year ,we can't wait. Hope all the staff stayed safe during virus.
A great hotel booked last minute to saved us from another booking that was very bad. I was there in March for work so didn't have time to visit the beach or the city but there's a pool on last floor so a 30 minutes swim almost felt like vacation (almost). Cool bar, great staff, nice room, exceptional breakfast with very good products.
Very friendly staff,big rooms,modern hotel,hand sanitizer in all zones. The food is very very tasty!

Lovely clean well maintained hotel. Excellent food and nightly entertainment. The rooms are however small with two huge beds that take up the floor space.
Was there from 17th September 2019 lovely hotel staff was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for the 18 of us that stayed there would defiantly recommend it to anyone, big, clean rooms cleaners in every morning didn’t find any faults with it at all Gracias hotel Tolosa
hotel staff warm and friendly.very approachable. good food there was something for everyone. best location for park and beach 10 minute walk to both. hotel was clean and tidy.
We were somewhat concerned by some poor reports of this accommodation prior to our 3 night stay at the end of February.
However, this was not our experience which was positive and great value.
Check in was easy and welcoming and we were given a clean and spacious 2 bedroom 3rd floor corner apartment.
It was simply but comfortably furnished, well heated (Feb.stay) and reasonably well equipped although lacked a dishwasher.
The 'Spa' facilities were available for the scheduled periods each day.
On-site parking was apparently expensive but no problem on the local roads.
Rooms are actually smaller than on the picture on booking website. The air from air conditioner smells badly. The air conditioner base is placed on the balcony with the vent turned to the table where you sit, so the hot air blows straight on you. However the rooms are being cleaned thoroughly, staff is friendly. There was one occasion, when we were asked to pay for the water that we hadn’t ordered, but we told that it was not us and the incident was closed. The food is ok, I guess everyone should be able to find something for his/her taste, but keep in mind that it’s problematically to find a free table in the middle of breakfast/dinner even for 2 persons.
Nothing but great things to say about this hotel. Loved my stay here. Immaculately clean inside and outside. Restaurant is large and food choices were plentiful. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Can't wait to come back.
absolutely amazing here the kids loved it, the shows are amazing the people there are brilliant and we can’t thank them enough for making us feel so welcome in a place we don’t know❤️thank you so much to ceceillia and tamara❤️
