been a few times now bit expensive but everything is first class accommodation,entertainment, staff and a pool to die for
Let me start by saying that the camping is beautiful. Roomy showers, a pool with slides, included breakfast and places to pitch a tent with plenty of shadow.
These luxuries have a price. The standard price for a place is high so it's less attractive to visit with only 2. For the same price you can book a descent hotel.
The reason for my 1 star is that we made a mistake overbooking a pitch for a tent for one night. We told personal more than a day in advance about this mistake but they told me no (partial) refunds.
You can make up your own mind about this but I expect better service at the top end of the market. We didn't block any potential guests from visiting since there are still places left.
IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S REPLY:
I understand what I signed, you have every right to deny me any form of refund. Many people might agree with you that business is business. I on the other hand have every right to post a one star review because am disappointed in the lack of flexibility your organization has shown. People can make up their own minds or at least be warned to carefully read the contract.
Spent one week here. It was amazing. Loved the campsite. I stayed in a bungalow. They have an amazing pool. I would recommend here.
