hotel staff warm and friendly.very approachable. good food there was something for everyone. best location for park and beach 10 minute walk to both. hotel was clean and tidy.
Stayed here and hardly left the hotel’ the staff are amazing totally top class they’re attentive in all places in the hotel, I hope they all get paid very well as they deserve it, they made our stay so welcoming The place is spotless clean nothing ever looks untidy either.. pool outside is great with kids pool too, jacuzzi on roof was so quiet and relaxing as was the indoor pool and jacuzzi.. food was excellent as they had such a big variety to chose from can’t fault h10 in anyway
Fab place . Absolutely no complaints at all. Great food. Great staff, always have a smile and willing to help. You get shown to a table in the restaurant. Lovely pool and a solarium on the roof with a jacuzzi. Gym, pool , spa and much more downstairs. Already looking to book again and I'm still here !!!
This was our third visit to the Hotel. Food is good and varied to cater for most tastes. Staff are friendly and extremely hard working. I think it speaks volumes that my son met 5 friends he made 2 years ago! A hotel you want to return to!
Lovely hotel have stayed here a number of times now and would still go back again.
Friendly attentive staff, clean rooms good selection of food.
Only minus is that as a person with food allergies the food labeling is not great.
We also consider it a good distance from the beach just a nice ten minute or so walk.
Also considering the number of English stopping at the hotel it would have been nice to have one more tv channel than just rolling news.
However you don't go on holiday to watch TV, and as stated we will return very enjoyable stay.
