Best holiday I think we've ever had! Been there 3 times now and this is definitely our go to destination.
Clean room excellent staff. Entertainment is varied. Sometimes professional other time h10 staff. Good for kids and adults. Highly recommended ❤️❤️
Was clean and tidy and food was good. Will need 100 euro on check in to pay deposit for apartment and get pool towels. Do get it back at end of stay but seems a bit of overkill. Not enough sun beds for the number of guests which means a frantic rush at 10.00, if you're not there, you're sitting on the ground for the day. Pool was overrun by wasps, at least 5 kids stung each day. There was an ant problem in the rooms, every morning you wake up with new bites to scratch. The entertainment area is too small, there is a very small area for kids to dance in. The entertainment crew were all very nice and the quality of the shows was 50/50. Have been used to all inclusive in past, went half board this time as no AI offered, much prefer the AI option. Had a good time and the kids enjoyed their stay, stressful for adults though.
We have just had the most amazing week here, the hotel was amazing, clean and tidy always, the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The food was out of this world something for everyone. All in all we could not find fault in anything. Had the best time will definately go back next year.
