We were somewhat concerned by some poor reports of this accommodation prior to our 3 night stay at the end of February.
However, this was not our experience which was positive and great value.
Check in was easy and welcoming and we were given a clean and spacious 2 bedroom 3rd floor corner apartment.
It was simply but comfortably furnished, well heated (Feb.stay) and reasonably well equipped although lacked a dishwasher.
The 'Spa' facilities were available for the scheduled periods each day.
On-site parking was apparently expensive but no problem on the local roads.
Really poor service. We booked a room for 4 people one night. The following day 2 people in the group wanted to stay in another night and since they didn't have a credit card the hotel offered them to use my card. This is not the way things should be done. If I'm not staying for one more night my details mustn't be offered to other guests. If there are any problems, who will be responsible? Me!
Don't even try calling them because you'll be losing money as they never answer the phone.
Avoid booking an apartment!
Do not waste your money. Beds were riddled with bugs. The "sofa bed" was an old rusty metal structure that would collapse multiple times throughout a night.
No sun-loungers at all. Washing machine broke and put holes in our clothes. Once we complained to reception, they were unable to fix or compensate for our loses, even when we complained and chased for the majority of our stay for a week. Staff were rude and unhelpful. The "24/7" reception opens at 8am and closes at 11:30pm. The worst thing about this apartment is that they blatantly lie in the photos and the description about the facilities and the rooms.
The pros were the rooms were spacious. Location was very good as it is only 10 minute walk to PortAventura and 10 minute walk to the beach.
Apartments are nice, but most advertised pools, gym and other facilities were closed
terrible apartments. good looking outside and in the web, but the apartment is horrible, non confortable beds, a lot of things were missing and after request in reception... nothing happened, the service of the staff was the worst part.
