Very fantastic, indeed it's a second Paradise
It's a great hotel. Spa is excellent, breakfast and dinner had amazing buffet selections. I'd suggest going half board, as there aren't many restaurants around the area in the off season. Brings me nicely to the downsides. Location is an hour or so from Barcelona. Getting there is a chore. Either a long complicated trip by bus, or forking out upward of 180 euros for taxi. Taxi prices are horrid. It is next to a decent beach however. Located quite close to a strip of clubs and portaventura theme park, around 15 mins away, so not bad there. However if you want Barcelona, say no no no
Spa experience is quite complete with several jacuzzis and two saunas, it typically takes about 3 hours to complete the entire circuit. Nevertheless, the place requires maintenance and upgrade to reflect the 5 star quality
I enjoyed very much of the show at Lobby Cocktail Bar. I would appreciate fewer lighting in the room.
It’s ok, but we found food in the restaurant very expensive and not of the best quality and variety. Not for the 5 star hotel. The door that connects hotel to the beach was broken and the personal of the hotel didn’t want to fix it and told us to go through the parking lot to the beach, telling us that it is the same way, however it’s not, it’s longer and not as pleasant as to go through the gardens of the hotel...it didn’t feel like being treated as a guest of a 5 star hotel.
