Great pool good rooms good food. Very close to beach. It's a bit big!
3 of us were moved to here because of covid 19. Lots of other guests said the same. We had full board and the food was plentiful but almost always cold. I recommend if you stay here always use the side chefs that cook your food whilst you wait, then it will be hot. The biggest complaint we heard from families was the hotel didn't cater for children and it was hard to keep them amused, apart from the freezing cold pool. No tea or coffee making equipment in the rooms and apart from breakfast, tea coffee and orange juice availble. You couldn't take water into the dining room, you had to pay for bottled water to make tea or coffee using a microwave.
On the whole the staff were mainly friendly polite and helpful. Especially the ladies that cleaned the rooms, fresh bedding and towels was no problem. Lastly one family had a bag stolen with money and passports etc, the management and reception staff did not help and wouldn't call in the police. The family had to call the police themselves, so if you stay use the free safe provided in the room.
We won't be using this hotel in the future, our opinion only, lots of others will, as we felt it didn't really cater for English tourists.
A lovely welcoming hotel, the staff cannot do enough for you. Very clean it is well looked after, the food is also great. It's listed as a 3+ star in the UK, but a 4 star here in Spain, no idea why but it's definitely nicer than your average 3 star. Has a lovely pool and spa area and is right next to the beach what more could you ask for!
After the guests changed through our holidays, it became even better. Great service and especially Magdalena (waitress) did a great service job. Even in busy situations always friendly, charming and professional. And as mentioned - the hotel itself and the location near the beach is great.
