Just a great hotel, everything is near the hotel, the portaventura parc and aquaparc. They also have a great swimming pool. Salou is just a 10 minute walk and to the beach 15 minute walk or 5 min by car. This is perfect for a family holiday.
Worst experience so far with the amusement park hotels!
Together with my family have been exploring various kinds of theme parks, always staying at the hotels in the parks. But this one outbeat with slow service, bad food and extremely poor service.
It was my son's birthday and there was no decoration at the room as expected. We were given a room after spending an hour at the reception desk. And what was our surprise when we entered the room - the sofa bed was not made up and there were no towels. So, we had to return to the reception for another 40 minutes of waiting.
Besides the bad experience with our room, I had to go through the hell of booking a table for my son's birthday dinner. I was explained that I can't book a table at the restaurant when checking in. And needed to come back and wait at the reception desk again at 4 p.m. after spending an hour till 3 p.m. And it turned out that the restaurant was closed. I was given that news after hours of waiting.
My son's birthday was ruined and we were all so losing our nerves at the end that couldn't enjoy the holiday.
Definitely not worth the money!
Bad service, not even mediocre rooms and a lot of energy wasted on trying to get what you have paid for.
If anybody out there is trying to find bargain deals for hotels and resorts head to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made a reservation for a hotel on there and they had the absolute best prices just about anywhere!

Hotel five star but this year around the pool, the cafe only serves hot dogs now o(between 1pm y&h 4pm)to use the restaurant. Over the many years we have been coming, we have had a varied choice of fish and chips, sandwiches, etc. So this year to have a quick snack by the pool is impossible. . Apart from that the hotel has been refurbished and is great, the staff work hard and are friendly right on the park.
Very nice place, just the breakfast organization is a bit stressful. You have to take your breakfast in a certain time block and you have to decide which fix time you choose already at check in. Even because of that it is very crowdy and we were sent to an other place to be sent from there back to the main breakfast room.... This should be organized better.
