Nothing but great things to say about this hotel. Loved my stay here. Immaculately clean inside and outside. Restaurant is large and food choices were plentiful. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Can't wait to come back.
My husband, baby and I spent a week at this hotel. Let me just say... we loved it. We had booked full board so we ate there 3 times a day. Each meal was set as buffet style. Loads of choices. The staff was helpful and kind.
Our room was clean every day by house keeping. The lady who was assigned to our room was friendly and kind. And we were provided with everything we needed.
The hotel is massive! There are 3 pools downstairs and one upstairs and a jacuzzi.
From entering the hotel, it smelled amazing. I loved the smell of our room.
Every night there is an event on for children at 9pm and then the adults at 10pm.
The beach is approximately, 15-20 mins away walking.
The only problem I had, is that I can't speak Spanish so that was a communication barrier for me.
The hotel was ok, very clean, but the room size a tad small for a family of 4. The main pool was too small for the size of the hotel and was often crowded. Hard to get a sunbed by the pool area unless your willing to queue up for half an hour early in the mornings. We paid extra for full board but turns out this does not include drinks, not even water. Be prepared to pay for these which aren't cheap and can add another £200 to £250 more to your holiday for one week and I guess even more for alcohol. The staff were generally quite nice and helpful. I wouldn't return to this hotel but it's not the worst that I've started at.
Just back from a fantastic stay at the Dorada Palace.
All staff were very friendly - especially the animation team.
Lovely restaurant with such a wide selection of food. The staff in the restaurant work very hard to clear tables quickly.
Loved our holiday and we will be back. Thank you to all!
Nice hotel, food good.
However no good if you are not mobile. You have to walk up an hill to the entrance.
Also if you don't like kids this place would not be for you.
