Hotel amenities were fantastic! Great room. Gorgeous rooftop pool. Well laid out hotel. Amazing location. Hotel style and decor modern and fresh. Check in with the reception was short and lacked any information on the hotel. Interaction with the bar staff was always a joy, they made any request easy and showed they were interested in providing a holiday customer service. Makes such a difference in the level of customer service. Dealings with the reception during the stay was bizarre..I can't find words to describe..except a bit ignorant. Check out was a bit rude as well. Only downfall was these experiences but still highly rate the hotel. I would go back.
We are currently staying at this wonderful hotel. The staff are exceptional and very helpful. The food is simply Amazing and anyone giving negative comments really needs to start paying more for there holidays.
Great value for money.
I personally would like the roof top pool to be Non smoking. Although there are signs stating this unfortunately the Arrogance of some simply Astounds me.
Our rooms are fantastic being a new hotel there are always ways to improve.
My one suggestion to the hotel manager would be to integrate a way of getting fresh drinking water into our water bottles without the use of plastic bottles. I was surprised that being a new hotel with the Advanced technology we have today that this is not Available.
We are currently using around 10 to 15 330ml bottles a day . Far too much plastic.
We have now purchased big bottles of water from the local supermarket.
Over all so far a fantastic experience.

Very nice hotel champagne on arrival and friendly staff. Hotel very modern and clean pools all very nice. Rooms excellent very comfortable beds. Quiet peaceful sleep. Food and selection and presentation fantastic excellent variety every day staff all very nice. 100% recommended and ignore any poor reviews on this hotel as it's the best all round. Thankyou to all the staff excellent service. I'll definitely go back.
Location of hotel was absolutely amazing. Right beside the beach front. The hotel itself was so nice brand new everything its so fresh and clean. Pool area was lovely too with available food and drinks from the bar. Only thing that was dragging this hotel down is the reception staff so so rude on check in and on check out no information given to us about entertainment, amenities within the hotel, spa and also we asked about parking and was told "I don't know" seemed like it was to difficult to lift their head from the reception counter and unfortunately we weren't the only ones to think this. They really should take a leaf out of the cleaners book because they were one of the nicest people to deal with and they didn't even speak english. Everything else was perfect every other staff was so nice and helpful.
The hotel is beautiful, fabulous decor, wonderful bed, very high standard of finish. Some staff are lovely, some need more training. Information needs to improve, reception staff could be friendlier and give more information to you upon check in.
