Best hotel in salou all inclusive is just what it says. Ice creams free water is free crisps are free. Staff are amazing and fab with the kids. Food is very good with loads of options. Highly recomend.
We arrived on 14th April for 2 weeks and found the hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful the food was good quality and enough choice for everyone . the only downside was it was out of season so there was nowhere to go outside the hotel as the resort wasn't open yet . As a result the hotel was full of young football teams and college students who were bored so were causing mischief . on the plus side the activities team Cecilia and Tamara did a great job of keeping the guests entertained . we would go back but only in season.
Nice view good service Friendly staff, tasty food and very clean. Friendly Reception 24 hour.
Restaurant is mediocre and very loud. The bar is cheap and service there was good. Some of the rooms are remodeled and quite nice. Some are not. The baby pool was fun for my kid. It was quiet after midnight so not a problem for sleeping.
