Stuff attitude not as expected. To expensive for this level of service
Even one star is way too much for this so called hotel. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life, receptionists are very rude and unprofessional, neighbors were very loud every night and after I made several complaints, nothing was done even a little, receptionist even said that if I don’t like something I can leave (believe it or not). Also room was not clean and smelled bad, even found some hair in the bathroom and water was running 24/7 in a sink, I am very glad that I didn’t hesitate to quickly switch to another hotel and didn’t mess up my vacation.
Great rooms great staff free safe and fridge but the food let's it down. You queue for the main course then potatoes, chips and veg are a good bit away and not on hot plates time you get too your table it's cold, also the choice is not great. Shame because pool and sun beds are great plenty of brollies.
The hotel was fine but I would not recommend the restaurant as the food cold I would go as far to say that the icecream was warmer than the chips
Rooms are actually smaller than on the picture on booking website. The air from air conditioner smells badly. The air conditioner base is placed on the balcony with the vent turned to the table where you sit, so the hot air blows straight on you. However the rooms are being cleaned thoroughly, staff is friendly. There was one occasion, when we were asked to pay for the water that we hadn’t ordered, but we told that it was not us and the incident was closed. The food is ok, I guess everyone should be able to find something for his/her taste, but keep in mind that it’s problematically to find a free table in the middle of breakfast/dinner even for 2 persons.
