This hotel is basic and you get what you pay for.
Food isn't the best,you can get burgers,chips etc from the hatch in the middle part of the bar...beautiful from there,restaurant isn't great.
I wouldn't recommend going All-Inclusive as its expensive and you don't get value from it.
Rooms are good,need upgrading badly though.
Pool is lovely,no lifeguard on duty,so bare that in mind if you've kids. Inflatables were allowed in pool,undecided whether that's a good thing or not. Plenty of sun loungers available(end of September).
The entertainment crew are what makes the hotel,great fun,friendly,plenty of banter,they try to include everyone no matter what age. Bingo twice a day,good money up for grabs. Quiz every night followed by tribute acts such as Meatloaf,Queen etc. Without the entertainers it would be a very boring place!
Overall a decent place,cheap enough and location is good. 5min walk uphill to small beach,15 min to main beach. Not suitable for anyone who has mobility problems.
We have been twice and had a great experience both times. Great selection of food and drinks and the staff are great fun if you enjoy football! Beds aren't the comfiest but it is still exceptional value for money.
We are an older couple no lock on bathroom door better lock on my shed than on the main door into the studio sofa bed full of bugs got all eat cleaners only came in once and we were there for 7 days food in the restaurant was never more than tepid as for the pool couldn't get near it with rowdy people and children even had beer in the pool then last night Thursday it all kicked off outside our door we had to barricade with our cases and chairs I could go on with a lot of other things but I thing u have heard enough not to go there wife said to me this morning great to get out of jail oh and it wasn't cheap 1050euros through a travel agent in Derry I'll book Alcatraz next year
We staying the Inter2 in August 2019 and can't really complain about our stay. Given how little we paid for our holiday we had a clean room in which everything worked, the staff were all professional (especially Salva in the restaurant) and the food was decent. The pool was just about big enough to cope and there was plenty of entertainment, if maybe a little bit too much bingo! It's not the Ritz but you don't expect it to be for the price you pay.
The SC rooms are very basic and the decor is gaudy and dated. A simple two-ringed hob plus a microwave and fridge is the kitchen. Having said all this, the beds were very comfortable. The pool is fine and the staff were helpful and friendly. An upgrade of the rooms would make this a very good hotel. Without that, this is average.
